Trouble Free Operations

The FlatLay end retention replaces trouble ridden end rope end retention, known for its terrible stacking issues. As the rope end retention layers stacks on top of each other the stak becomes very unstable and eventually a layer will drop along side the last layer. This causes the bottom of the screen to become uneven. This uneveness can cause jamming of the side rail or mis-alignment of the screen in the storage box stopping the screen from deploying the next time.

The FlatLay end retention is 1" wide and stacks evenly every time.No problems!

Eliminates Low Wind Pullouts

The FlatLay end retention replaces zipper end retention which is known for its poor screen retention strength. Our rails have been tested to support over 2650 lbs between the side rails per foot (Supermax Hurricane Screens) and the shade screen series easily can support the weight of a 200lb person

The FlatLay end retention bottom rail retracts into the storage box giving a visually attractive view when not deployed and also alloting an extra three to five inch clearance

Small Storage Box Sizes

We have an excellant box size to screen retention ratio. Even though we have an extremely strong end retention system for our screens, our box sizes are quite small. This is because the FlatLay end retention rails have an adjustable gap. Most if not all other systems must compromise between box size or screen retention strength.Our box sizes range between 5" and 8"

Warranty

EzMax 10 year limted warranty simply states that we will replace our shutters without charge in the case of material or manufacturing defects if you limit deployment to just before an imminent storm and remove it after the storm has passed. All Screens Are Not Created Equal

There are many different weaves and strengths to fabrics used in the industry. Lesser strength screens sometimes need to be doubled to meet these codes. EzMax was tested successfully with a screen 17% less strong than the screen we use in manufacturing. EzMax screens have UV-inhibiters placed in the resins. Some manufactures either have no UV protection or dip / spray it after manufacturing.
